Sales Representatives are responsible for the efficient and effective recruitment of regular givers for and on behalf of Charity Clients. There are a number of Full-time vacancies in our growing Dublin team. The characteristics of working life are very fast paced and target driven. Role
? Represent the Charity in a professional and positive way at all times
? Attend training to improve knowledge of Charity?s work and objectives to enable a more informed presentation to the public.
? Act positively regarding advice and coaching provided by Trainers, Team Leaders or Assists in order to modify and improve presentation and conversion rates.
? Achieve minimum targets per week as agreed with Team Leader / Manager.
